Bridal Suites & Grooms' Rooms
We have two venues available. Each comes with the use of a bridal suite and groom's room on the day of the event.

We are located at 505 Lynn Avenue, Jefferson, Georgia. We are in the Jefferson Downtown Historic District in an 118-year-old cotton mill where raw cotton was spun into fabric for over a century. The venues encompass three old cotton warehouses.
We have two venues available:
- Each venue comes with the use of a bridal suite and groom’s room on the day of the event.
- Each venue can accommodate up to 300 people with a dance floor, and 350 without.
- The Venues come with 72" round tables and Chiavari chairs.
- The chandeliers, lighting, drapes, greenery, outdoor patio, and high-top tables come with the rental of each venue.
- Pricing also includes 2 hours of rehearsal time in the week previous to your event.
- Each venue rental includes 6 hours of event time plus additional table & chair set up, decorating and clean up times.
- There is ample parking and a member of our staff will be on site the day of the event.
- The events can last until midnight.
- You can use your own caterer, and both venues have access to the warming kitchen.
- You can bring in your own alcohol. You must hire a professional bartender and security. Alcohol is permitted in The Kennedy Room venue only at this time.
- Photos can be taken outside in the open-air spaces for one-of-a-kind memories. There is a $50 fee that is returned to you if you share your photos with the venue for marketing purposes.
- The use of our table linens is included with venue rental. There is a $250 cleaning fee that does not include pressing. We do have an iron and ironing board on site you can use for touch-ups.
- There is a $500 security deposit that is returned to you 2 weeks after your event.
- We can do chair and table set up and take down for you for a $100 fee each.
- For weddings, some couples choose to have their ceremony in one venue and their reception in the other. For smaller wedding parties, the ceremony and reception can be held at the same venue and the room can be “flipped” (transitioned for the reception by moving chairs and tables) for a fee of $250 after the ceremony.
- There is a Banquet/Conference Room that can seat 70+ and is perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, birthdays, and corporate events.
Pricing Per Each Venue:
- Friday and Sunday $2,500
- Saturdays $3,000
- Monday through Thursday $1,500
- Banquet/Conference Room $300 and up
- There is a non-refundable $500 deposit required on all venue rentals
